Accessibility arrangements at Aber House B&B
We want all guests to feel comfortable and confident when booking and staying with us. Aber House is a traditional town-centre property and, like many buildings in Barmouth, it has some physical limitations due to its age and layout.
Arrival and Entrance
The front door is accessed by three steps from the pavement. We are happy to assist with luggage on arrival - please let us know your approximate arrival time so we can help where possible.
Inside the Property
The dining room is located on the ground floor.
All guest bedrooms are located on the upper floors and are accessed by stairs only. There is no lift in the property.
Because of this, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties. We encourage you to contact us before booking if you are unsure and we will happily explain the layout in more detail.
During Your Stay
We are always happy to assist guests where we can, including help with luggage. If you have any particular needs, please let us know in advance so we can advise you honestly about whether the property will meet your requirements.
Location
We are centrally located in Barmouth, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the railway station and the seafront. Local taxi services are also available in the town.
If you have any questions about access, parking, or arrival arrangements, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
