Steve and Tracey Talbot are the proud new owners of Aber House, a historic and prominent building set in the beautiful Welsh coastal town of Barmouth.

Located on the west coast of North Wales, with a long sandy beach and a picturesque harbour bordered by the beautiful Mawddach estuary, Barmouth is the perfect destination to relax, unwind, and explore the surroundings.

This imposing Grade II listed house is perfectly located in the centre of Barmouth, just a few minutes’ walk to the harbour, beach, shops and the train station, should you not wish to drive.

We have renovated the house, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, and look forward to welcoming you here to stay with us.
